How long does it take to open an Instant Access account? 

Deposits are usually confirmed within two working days. In some cases, this can take up to five days, depending on the partner bank’s processing times. 

Can I add funds to an Instant Access account after it’s been opened? 

Yes, you can add funds to an Instant Access account at any time using the balance in your Flagstone holding account. 

Can I add or withdraw funds at any time with an Instant Access savings account? 

You can add or withdraw funds as often as you like, as long as your balance stays above the minimum set by the bank’s terms and conditions. 

How soon can I access funds from an Instant Access account? 

Withdrawals are usually processed within two working days. Exact times can vary by partner bank, as each has its own payment schedule. 

When is interest paid on an Instant Access account? 

The frequency of interest payments depends on the partner bank. Interest is paid daily or monthly. Payment schedules are set out in the bank’s terms and conditions for each account. 

Can I withdraw interest separately from my deposit? 

Yes – you can withdraw any interest you earn back to your Flagstone holding account at any time.  

Can the interest rate on an Instant Access account change? 

Yes. Instant Access accounts typically have variable rates, so the bank may change the rate in line with its terms and conditions.
