Terms and Conditions: Share of Interest Waiver Introductory Offer
Effective Date: 11/09/2025
For each savings account you open through Flagstone, we receive a small share of the interest.
We deduct that share before we feature any savings account in our platform – so the rate you see will always be the rate you receive.
As part of this introductory offer, Flagstone has agreed to waive our share of interest on specific savings account products opened by new clients for a certain period of time, as set out in Sections 2 and 3 below.

Introduction
These terms and conditions govern Flagstone’s Share of Interest Waiver Introductory Offer (the "Share of Interest Waiver Introductory Offer"), which is where Flagstone has agreed to waive our share of interest on specific savings account products opened by new clients for a certain period of time as set out in Sections 2 and 3 below.
Flagstone Group Ltd ("Flagstone," "we," "us," "our"), a cash savings platform, manages the Share of Interest Waiver Introductory Offer.
By participating in the Share of Interest Waiver Introductory Offer, you agree to these terms.
The introductory offer applies only to specific introductory fixed term savings accounts (minimum term three (3) months) and specific introductory instant access savings accounts as detailed on our platform.
Your initial deposit amount is determined in accordance with the Deposit Product that you choose.
Once you have opened a savings account, Flagstones Terms and Conditions, Engagement Letter and any deposit product terms and conditions shall apply.
Eligibility criteria - Fixed Term Accounts
To qualify for the Share of Interest Waiver Introductory Offer, you must not be a current Flagstone client unless:
you are a joint account holder who opens a new joint account with a client that is not a Flagstone client; or
you are a joint account holder who opens a new single account.
You must apply to open an introductory fixed term savings account, which includes completing the account verification process, including identity verification and compliance checks, within the introductory period set out in the relevant product banner.
Once your Flagstone account has been opened, you have three (3) months to take advantage of the Share of Interest Waiver Introductory Offer. You can fund your account after this time period has elapsed, but you will not benefit from this introductory offer.
The Share of Interest Waiver Introductory Offer for Fixed Term Accounts will apply for a period of three (3) months from the date of opening your Flagstone account. To benefit from the introductory offer as early as possible, you must fund your Flagstone account and place an instruction to open the introductory savings account. The earlier the savings account is opened, the sooner the introductory offer will apply. Once your Fixed Term savings account has been funded within the three (3) months, the introductory offer will apply for the full duration of the fixed term you have selected.
Flagstone reserves the right to communicate any updates to eligibility criteria for future introductory offers via official communication channels.
