How do I invite a business to join Flagstone?
Invite a business in three steps:
- Share your unique link with a representative from the business – they must use this to join Flagstone.
- They fund their holding account with a minimum of £100,000 within 30 days.
- We’ll email you both a gift card to spend at John Lewis, Ticketmaster, and more. We aim to do this within 24 hours of the business you invited opening and funding their account.
What’s the reward?
The reward is a gift card that can be used at John Lewis, Ticketmaster, and more. Once you’ve earned your reward, you’ll receive an email with the full list of participating stores where it can be redeemed. We offer different amounts depending on how many people you invite. For example:
- First invitation - £100 gift card
- Second invitation - £125 gift card
- Third invitation - £150 gift card
The business you invite will get also get a £100 gift card as well. To receive your rewards, they must sign up using your unique link and fund their account with a minimum of £100,000 within 30 days of opening their account.
What if I can’t accept the gift card due to compliance reasons?
If your organisation doesn’t allow you to accept gift cards or other rewards, you can leave the gift card unredeemed.
Can I refer my own business if I have an individual account already?
Yes. You’ll still need to sign up using your unique referral link, and you must open your business account using a different email address from the one on your existing account.
When and how do I claim my reward?
You don’t need to do anything to claim your reward. We’ll email it to you once the person you have invited has joined using your link, and funded their account within the time specified.
What does the business I invite need to do?
They must use your unique link and fund their account with £100,000+ within 30 days of opening.
Is there a limit to how many businesses I can refer?
You can invite as many businesses as you’d like. Just continue to share your unique link with them to sign up.
What if the business I invite joins Flagstone without using my link?
If the person you invite doesn’t use your link, you will not be eligible to receive the voucher.
I haven't received my reward. What can I do?
You should receive your voucher within 24 hours of the business funding their account. If not, please reach out to our Client Services team at clientservices@flagstoneim.com.
