Your clients' holding account is central, secure, and provided by HSBC – so eligible deposits are protected by the FSCS while they decide which savings accounts to open.
Our promises to you
Only your client can access, fund, and manage their Flagstone account. As their adviser, you have read-only access through your portal – so you can see everything, without ever giving fraudsters a back door.

Your client’s cash will only ever be owned by them
We hold their deposits in a trust structure.
Your clients always remain the beneficial owner of their funds, whether the cash is in a savings account or the holding account.

Your client’s cash will be safe if Flagstone stops trading
Your client’s deposits are separate from Flagstone's assets. In the unlikely event that Flagstone stopped trading, their funds would be completely safe.

Your client’s cash will only ever be returned to them
Withdrawals will only ever go back to the nominated account chosen by your client. That’s a guarantee.

Two-factor authentication
When logging in, we'll ask your clients to confirm their identity with a code sent straight to their mobile phone.
Encrypted data
We use Transport Layer Security to protect all client details, passwords, and financial information – keeping them private, shielded, and just between us.

We work with independent experts to hack, attack, and infiltrate our own platform. It's one of the ways we ensure our system stays secure.
