In the last few years, we have grown significantly, but we still have a lot of growing to do. In order for us to continue to bring great talent into Flagstone, our hiring processes have to be first class and provide a great candidate experience.
We’ve also put frameworks in place to ensure our team are educated on Diversity, Equality & Inclusion, and we proactively take steps to champion the hiring of candidates from underrepresented groups and communities, from how and where we advertise our roles, through to ambitious targets we hold ourselves accountable to.
